Wine was mentioned in Lithuanian folklore since old times, only consumption of the wine doesn’t have such old traditions as in Italy or France. But times are changing and the range of wine, consumption culture and traditions are changing. Now wine drinks are inseparable part of various feasts in Lithuania and “BOSLITA” IR KO products flaunt on Lithuanians’ tables.
Company “BOSLITA” IR KO was established in 1997 in Kaunas. It is the first private organisation, which got a national licence to produce alcohol beverages. “BOSLITA” IR KO is a daughter company of Italian company “Bosca S.p.A.”. Company’s head Luigiterzo Bosca is a member of the world famous wine-makers family. This family is making wine since 1831. That’s why our plant is using 150 years old Bosca’s family experience in winemaking.
The main activity of the company is producing of sparkling wines and wine beverages. The company also produce strong (fortified) wines, vodka, vermouths and alcohol cocktails.
The whole production circle and the quality of the production are controlled by Italian company “Bosca S.p.A.”.
More than 8 million bottles were produced in 2005 years. “BOSLITA” IR KO sells its production not only in Lithuania, but also in Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Russia and USA. We are also looking for new partners in other countries.
Old traditions, strict raw material control and experienced technologists guarantee qualitative production made in Lithuania.
